# Freelance Contractor Mode

Freelancers can find jobs, submit work, and **get paid securely** through Nexcrow.

1. **Applying to Work on a Contract**
   * Browse contracts and submit applications.
   * If selected, the contract starts immediately.

   * Submit completed work through the **contract dashboard**.
   * Client reviews, and once approved, payment is released.
