# Dispute Resolution

### **Dispute Resolution**

Ensuring fairness and transparency in Web3 transactions is at the core of Nexcrow. Our **Dispute Resolution** system is designed to provide **quick, unbiased, and efficient mediation** between freelancers and clients when conflicts arise.

#### **How It Works**

1. **AI-Powered Mediation:**

   * Disputes are analyzed using **AI-driven assessment models** that evaluate contract terms, submitted work, and communication history.
   * The system suggests **fair resolutions** based on **predefined agreement conditions** and industry best practices.\
     \
     Check out the demo on how this is done:\
     <https://x.com/Nexus_mls/status/1939739555844018344>

   Zee will assist with dispute resolutions by analyzing contract scopes, deliverables, chats, then recommending payment split resolutions.<br>

   In this demo we handed Zee an image with a description of the dispute in question.<br>

   The Client requested multiple revisions while only giving vague requirements<br>

   Zee analyzes it, and recommends a payment split that goes to both parties, also stating his reasons and further key notes.

2. **Quality Control Mechanisms:**

* Contracts include **clear deliverable standards** to minimize disputes before they arise.
* Dispute resolution history contributes to **user reputation scores**, discouraging bad actors.
* In cases requiring human intervention, **Nexus Moderators** can step in to **ensure fairness**.

With **Nexcrow’s Dispute Resolution**, freelancers and clients can **work with confidence**, knowing there’s an **efficient and impartial** system in place to **handle conflicts fairly and transparently**.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://jamess-organization-133.gitbook.io/nexus-v1.5-whitepaper/dispute-resolution.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
